chessaiapp.com is operated by Pixel Works Software SRL. Using this site means accepting what follows.

The app

Chess AI Solver is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your licence for it is governed by those stores’ terms alongside these. Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple or Google — including refunds, which must be requested from them, not from us.

Fair use

The app analyses chess positions. Analysing your own games, studying puzzles and reviewing positions is what it is for. Using it during a live rated game against another person breaks the rules of essentially every chess site and organisation, and doing so is your responsibility alone. We do not endorse it, and accounts banned for it are not something we can help with.

No guarantee of a perfect move

Analysis is produced by a chess engine searching to a finite depth. It is strong, but it is not an oracle: evaluations can change with more search, and recognition can misread an unusual board theme or an obstructed screenshot. Nothing the app outputs is a warranty of correctness.

Intellectual property

The name, artwork and content of this site belong to Pixel Works Software SRL. The app bundles third-party open-source components under their own licences, which are listed in full on the Licenses screen inside the app.

Liability

The site and the app are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top always reflects the current version. Questions go to office@pixelworkssoftware.com.
